AGM

The Annual General Meeting has been arranged to take place on Tuesday 13th May 2008 at Silves Cine-Theatre Club for 7.30 p.m.
The club is located on the first floor of the old Cinema in Silves in Rua Dr. Nobre de Oliveira, just up behind the Silves Football Stadium.

Please remember to bring your membership card with you.

With our spring production of 'GLORIOUS' having been cancelled due to the unavailability of a major actor, to keep The Algarveans name alive and the group active, David Butler-Cole has come forward and offered to direct a production for us.
 
A meeting/audition will be held for anyone interested in participating as follows:

David is looking for people to participate in "The Hollow Crown" an entertainment by and about the Kings and Queens of England, their falls and their foibles!. The production will be at the Lagoa Auditorium on 13th, 14th and 15th June.  No learning of lines or acting experience is necessary and there will be minimal rehearsals which could be at times to suit your convenience.

Even if you do not wish to take part on stage, please come along and put your name down to help with other important jobs.  If you are unable to come on Thursday 8th but would still like to participate, please also let David know.
